IBS belt conveyors are designed for efficient, reliable, and continuous transport of concrete, stone, gravel, and other bulk materials in demanding working conditions. Thanks to their robust construction, high-quality components, and modular design, the conveyors provide a long service life, easy maintenance, and a high level of operational flexibility. The structure is made of high-quality steel, while all parts are powder-coated, ensuring high resistance to corrosion and weather conditions. Conveyors are produced in standard lengths of 5 m, 8 m, and 11 m. The standard belt width is 800 mm, while other widths and lengths are available upon special customer request. The belt speed can be fixed or optionally adjustable through a speed control system. Additionally, the conveyors can be equipped with a water supply pipeline, allowing water to be added directly at the conveyor discharge point, which is especially useful when working with concrete. The conveyor is available in three versions: Fixed Height and Angle Conveyor – a basic model designed for long-term operation at one location. The construction allows additional equipment to be added later, enabling conversion into one of the mobile or adjustable versions. Adjustable Height and Angle Conveyor – a fully mobile solution that allows quick and easy adjustment of conveyor height and angle. The modular base enables easy movement without the need for ground fixing. Automatic Rotation Conveyor – a model equipped with an automatic rotation system that allows quick repositioning of the material outlet without interrupting the production process. Ideal for dynamic construction sites and flexible operation.
