Commodity: Transportation of oilfield fluids such as water, mud, and oil field waste.
Design
Pressure: 15 PSI, tested at 23 PSI
Suspension: Air Hendrickson HT300 60,000 lbs. capacity
Baffles: Three (3) of 1/4 in.
Bulkheads: 1/4 in. Non-Code ASME Shape
Compartments: Single
Overturn Protection: Two (2), at front and back of tank
Shell: 1/4 in. A36 Steel
Stiffeners: Twelve (12) rolled of 3 in. C-channel profile
Welding: Inside and out, minimal tie-ins with mig welding.
Connections: 3 in. vacuum connector
Outlet: Two (2) 4 in. butterfly valves at rear
Shut Off: Ball type primary in front manway and ball type secondary 12 Gal. on driver's side front with drain
Venting/Reliefs: 1-1/2" vacuum relief (370 CFM), 2" pressure relief (Adjustable, set at 10psi), both located atthe top front of barrel; 2" blow down line at rear.
Axles: Two (2) 30,000 lbs. each, 102 in. wide, 77.5 in. track TP type with automatic slack adjuster
Brakes: Air brakes with two boosters FMVSS-121, ABS 4S/2M Bendix anti-lock brake system.
Bumper: 4 in. X 4 in. tube per DOT
Frame: Full Length 1/4 in. Formed
Landing Gear: 2-speed JOST Heavy Duty
Tires: Eight (8) 11 X 24.5 R Firestone
Upper Coupler: Adjustable plate with Holland king pin.
Wheels: 10-hole Budd wheels powder coated white.
Access Ladder: One (1) safety side ladder and (1) one stairway in the rear with treaded steps
Manways: Three (3) on top of the tank (Betts or Knappco), one (1) on the rear bulkhead and one (1) on top front used as a shut off.
All of 20 in. domed style with plates swing bolts and wing nuts.
Walkway: Driver's side tank length through-treaded walkway with toe-kicks and handrails
External Coating: Jones-Blair two coats of polyurethane on an epoxy primer (4-6 mils DFT)
Internal Liner: Jones-Blair 10-15 mil DFT epoxy liner
Paint Prep: All steel surfaces sandblasted inside and out.
Conspicuity tape: 3M Per DOT
Fenders: Full length formed hose tray (10 GA) with 1/4 in. supports on both sides
Level indicator: Ball float type with pointer level indicators
Lights: Sealed harness and GROTE LED lights per DOT.
Two rear work lights with integrated switches.
Mud Flaps: Four (4) anti-sail.
Toolbox: One (1) on the driver's side (30 in. X 16 in. X 24 in.)
Vacuum Manometer: One (1) located in the rear of the blow-down line
Optional Fluid level: Level-sight rear or front located.
