DUROMIN was established on July 31, 1984, with the aim of filling the gap left by another company and promoting the growth of the rock drilling tools business across the entire national territory. The increase in mining activities, the construction of hydroelectric dams, and the development of road infrastructure fueled the company's rapid growth, quickly positioning it as one of the most respected and competent in the sector. The continuous adaptation of the product range to meet the challenges and needs of emerging market segments led to the establishment of strong commercial partnerships, such as the collaboration with Furukawa in 1994 and Kubota in 1997, brands we proudly continue to represent. By the end of the first decade of the 21st century, DUROMIN decided to expand internationally, crossing the Atlantic to establish itself in Angola through its subsidiary, Durangol, based in Luanda.
